Our client is a small trust company in Guernsey with a steadily growing and diverse client base. We are seeking to fill a newly created position as Head of Client Services.

The role-holder will have full responsibility for the effective daily management of the administrative team, overseeing a designated portfolio of clients and delegating others to team members.

Applicants should possess a good understanding of the Guernsey regulatory environment and have demonstrable experience in ensuring good corporate governance.

As a team leader, the successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate a positive attitude and serve as an ambassador for the company. Occasional travel may be required to meet and present to existing and new clients and stakeholders.
