Head of Client Services

We’re on the lookout for a confident, experienced client leader to step into a Head of Client Services role at a fast-growing B2B business looking to take things to the next level in 2025.

The company? A major player in their space, known for partnering with household-name brands to deliver standout digital experiences. They’re scaling quickly and need someone who can help elevate client relationships, mentor a growing team, and bring a warm, strategic presence to the office 3 days a week.

An already developed brand with key relationships established, we’re looking for someone who’s been in the mix within a digital agency or similar environment. Someone who gets what it takes to manage big-brand clients, negotiate with confidence, and bring structure and energy to a small but ambitious team.

  • You’ll be the go-to for some of their biggest clients, handling everything from commercial conversations to campaign rollouts.
  • There’s a team of two junior client execs who’ll benefit massively from someone experienced (this isn’t just a delivery role; it’s about leadership and growth).
  • They’ve built up a great culture that is collaborative, down-to-earth, and driven. The right fit is someone who’s confident but warm, commercially sharp but always people-first.
  • Office presence is key but with flexibility built in. Our client works 3 days a week in a Huddersfield office with the team, building relationships, sharing knowledge, and staying close to clients.

What they’re hoping for:

  • Strong background in a digital agency or digital-first environment.
  • You’ve led on client accounts, dealt with negotiations, and built relationships at a senior level.
  • Experience managing or mentoring others and being the person people turn to.
  • You’re proactive, personable, and able to balance being a strategic thinker with rolling up your sleeves when needed.
  • £50k is the ballpark, depending on experience.
