Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in Tredegar is seeking a senior Quality leader responsible for overseeing Client Quality Account Management and Validation functions, ensuring GMP compliance and high quality product delivery. You will lead a team, drive risk-based validation, and collaborate with regulatory bodies to support inspections.

The role requires extensive QA leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to liaison with Business Development on proposals.

• Experience leading Quality Account Management and Validation functions.
• Proven ability to manage regulatory inspections and audits.
• Strong strategic leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across Client Quality Account Management and Validation functions.
• Lead and develop the Quality Account Manager team and oversee client quality requirements and regulatory submissions.
• Drive continuous improvement and risk-based validation programmes across processes, equipment, and systems.
• Support regulatory audits and ensure GMP compliance across site.
