I’m hiring a Head of Client Delivery for a fast-growing, VC-backed SaaS company that’s transforming how the world interacts with flexible workspaces.

This is a big one - a strategic, hands-on leadership role owning how this start-up delivers impact to clients at scale. If you’ve led delivery or client services in an agency, adtech or martech environment and love turning complex operations into smooth, value-led experiences, read on.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading the post-sale experience across onboarding, reporting, performance, and retention
  • Building and evolving the delivery model to scale with pace and precision
  • Collaborating across commercial, product and marketing teams to keep client value at the heart of everything
  • Shaping how performance is tracked, reported and communicated, making data meaningful
  • Using said data and insights to inform clients of real-time value-add
  • Managing and growing a high-performing team of customer success and account managers

What we're looking for:
