Job summary

Metric DCX, the data center recruitment arm of Metric Search, is expanding our Nottingham division from 30 to 45+ consultants and seeks a Head of Client Growth to lead a new-look Client Services function.

You will maximise client growth, expand relationships and reinvigorate previous clients, working with commercial leaders to develop and implement plans that grow market share in data center and digital infrastructure sectors.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or related client-facing experience is relevant.
• Experience in business development, account management, or client growth is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Maximise client growth by expanding existing relationships and reinvigorating previous clients.
