We are looking for a senior, commercially minded leader who brings energy, imagination and a consultative approach to relationship-building and revenue growth. This is a key role in expanding our reach and impact, particularly with clients outside Scotland.

You’ll shape and deliver a client growth strategy that builds long-term, high-value relationships with new and existing clients. It’s about understanding what our clients need (often before they do), spotting opportunities for innovation, and helping position the business as a trusted, forward-thinking partner in training and professional development.

What you'll do:

  • Lead a creative, client-focused growth strategy
  • Identify new business opportunities, drive engagement and deliver revenue growth.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Influence product development with client insight
  • Represent the business at a senior level and deputise for the Director

What you'll bring:

  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to spot trends and tailor approaches
  • A consultative, relationship-first approach to influencing and engagement
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills – written, verbal, and visual
  • Comfortable using CRM and data to inform your approach

Sector experience is not required but a consultative, relationship-first approach to influencing and engagement is key.
