The Role

As Head of Claims and Compliance (Learning & Skills), you will lead the Claims, Compliance, Registration and Certification teams, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing ILR submissions and ensuring adherence to DfE funding rules.
• Managing financial elements such as Co-investment and incentive payments.
• Ensuring compliance checks for contract starts and completions.
• Producing and analysing detailed reports to identify trends, mitigate risk, and drive performance improvements.
• Supporting delivery teams to achieve quality outcomes and embedding a culture of continuous improvement.
• Coaching and developing your team to deliver exceptional results in a complex and fast-paced environment.

The Ideal Candidate
