Job summary

The High School of Dundee is seeking a well-qualified, enthusiastic and effective Head of Chemistry to join a friendly, committed and high performing department. You will lead curriculum planning and oversee a dynamic Chemistry programme across the school, including Innovation activities and selective Higher/Advanced Higher preparation.

Reporting to the Deputy Head (Senior Years), you will manage staff, coordinate safety, budgets and provision, and build links with universities to enrich student

Qualifications

• Applicants will have a degree, or equivalent, in a related subject and be registered with the GTC Scotland.
• Demonstrate initiative and a commitment to excellence.
• Experience teaching a range of qualifications and ability to work within a team.
