Head of Change & Transformation Audit

London, Bristol, Norwich or York - Competitive salary dependent on location and experience

Are you passionate about driving transformation and making a real impact? We’re looking for a strategic and inspiring leader to join us as Head of Change & Transformation Audit.

About the job:

You’ll oversee how we audit Aviva’s most significant change and transformation agenda ever. You need to be a strong leader with a deep understanding of transformation and change risk management, and someone who can build networks to influence across the business. Your insights will shape how we manage risks that matter and deliver change that supports our strategy.

What you’ll be doing:

  1. Building strong relationships with senior transformation stakeholders across Aviva.
  2. Communicating insights clearly and innovatively to influence decision-making at the executive level.
  3. Leading the development and execution of our Change & Transformation Audit Plan.
  4. Guiding and supporting audit teams across Group Functions and all markets.
  5. Leading and developing a high-performing team of 9 audit professionals, including change SMEs.

What we’re looking for:

  1. Deep understanding of transformation and change risk management, with experience leading company-wide change projects or complex change audits.
  2. Extensive experience within the Insurance, Banking, or wider Financial Services sectors.
  3. Ability to confidently engage with senior stakeholders and influence up to C-suite level.
  4. A strong leader experienced in managing, developing, and motivating a busy team that values innovation.
