  • Bonus scheme - on target bonus - 17.5%
  • Pension scheme - contribute up to 5% of your salary and Openwork will match you and put in an extra 5%

Key Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for overseeing all technical investment change initiatives across Omnis, from development through to successful execution.
  • Assist and communicate with the Omnis senior leadership team in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Subject-matter expert for change in Omnis Investments.
  • Manage and ensure there is strong robust governance and reporting for Omnis Investments.
  • Increase the operational capabilities and scalability of Omnis, identifying opportunities to optimise processes across the different functions and business lines.
  • Maintain and support improvement of the overall control environment, customer outcomes and a reduction in Omnis’ operational risk.
  • Assess the effectiveness of governance, oversight and control functions and direct changes in these areas if needed.
  • Develop constructive, collaborative relationships with business units and key senior stakeholders.
  • Oversight and utilisation of department-wide resources and appropriate skills to deliver the change plan.
  • Monitor the information flow between the Omnis CEO’s office and all critical internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Significant experience of successfully working in a senior management, investment and change management role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects.
  • Established experience in data analysis, vendor licences and budget management.
  • Experience of developing/implementing strategies and new operating model plans.
  • Clear understanding of best practice in the investment management and broader financial services industry.
  • Intellectually agile and able to grasp the dynamics of an increasingly complex industry landscape affected by economic and regulatory considerations.
  • A good understanding of investment platforms and UK distribution structures.
  • Hands-on transformation and project experience.
  • Good understanding of industry best practice with regards to Conduct Risk and Consumer Duty rules.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organisational and influencing skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling and prioritising multiple activities. The Jobholder needs to be able to take initiatives from start to finish.
  • Honest, open and transparent with high levels of personal and professional integrity.
  • Strong personal presence and resilience with the gravitas to operate effectively at a senior level in the organisation.
