A leading insurance company is seeking a 'Head of Change and Integration' to lead complex change initiatives within their General Insurance business. This role involves managing integration plans, working collaboratively with senior leaders, and delivering impactful outcomes across a large portfolio of projects in a dynamic environment.
Head of Change and Integration (GI)
Salary: c. £115k for national locations, and c.130k for London
Locations: York, Bristol, Norwich or London

A bit about the job:
You'll play a critical role in the integration of our Personal Lines business as we step into an exciting chapter ahead, specifically leading on integration plans across our GI teams. Therefore, we need someone to build and manage integration plans, track progress, resolve challenges, and keep everything on course across a large portfolio of initiatives. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes that matter. From risk and dependency management to change governance, this is a high-impact role where your leadership will shape the success of our upcoming integration!
