Head of Change and Integration (GI)
Salary: c. £115k for national locations, and c.130k for London
Locations: York, Bristol, Norwich or London

A bit about the job:

You'll play a critical role in the integration of our Personal Lines business as we step into an exciting chapter ahead, specifically leading on integration plans across our GI teams. Therefore, we need someone to build and manage integration plans, track progress, resolve challenges, and keep everything on course across a large portfolio of initiatives. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes that matter. From risk and dependency management to change governance, this is a high-impact role where your leadership will shape the success of our upcoming integration!

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Strong experience in the UKGI Insurance Market, ideally in Personal Lines.
  • Proven track record leading large-scale change and transformation, including managing a high-volume portfolio of projects and being able to successfully delegate work to both team members & external partners
  • Skilled in solving complex problems with a customer and risk lens.
  • Comfortable working at pace and navigating ambiguity.
  • Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.

  • Starting salary between £ 115,000 and £130,000 (depending on location, skills, and experience)
