Head of Catering Operations - Surrey - £70k

Are you a passionate and supportive Operations Manager within the Contract Catering sector who takes a strategic approach to your business, whilst also ensuring you deliver a 5* service? I am currently recruiting an experienced Head of Catering Operations for one of the UK’s leading outsourced service providers, with a reputation that is unrivalled within the Independent Education sector. You will be responsible for 11 different contracts, each with their own individual requirements and demands.

The ideal Head of Catering Operations will have the following knowledge/ experience;

·Experience in a senior management level, within Contract Catering

·Strong knowledge of the either B&I or Independent Education sector

·Managed a patch of business with a combined turnover of £5m+

·Strong business acumen, with a proven track record of growing the business, whilst still maintaining your existing client base

In return for your hard work, you will receive a generous salary of up to £70k, bonus, private medical insurance and a company car/ car allowance.
