The successful candidate will have leadership experience and a proven track record in careers initiatives. We are looking for a Head of Careers Education to join our Personal Development team.
The Head of Careers Education will play a key strategic role in shaping and leading the College’s Careers and work experience provision. This is a permanent, full-time position (35 hours per week).
This position includes line management responsibility for the Careers Information, Advice and Guidance Team, and the Work Experience Team. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and delivering a comprehensive careers strategy aimed at enhancing student outcomes in employability and career progression.
Applicants must have experience in a leadership role and a strong track record of designing and implementing successful careers-related initiatives.
