Job description

As Head of Care, you'll use your compassion and experience to ensure residents receive the quality care they deserve. You'll work closely with the Unit Manager and Deputy General Manager to identify and implement improvements that make a real difference to residents' lives. You'll also be responsible for ensuring the home meets all regulatory and statutory requirements, managing staff, and monitoring the delivery of care.

In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the care delivery in the home, working with the management team to identify and implement improvements, and ensuring the home meets all regulatory and statutory requirements. You'll also manage the care staff, including motivating the team, reviewing their performance, and planning rotas. Qualifications

• You'll need an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health and Social Care, as well as an assessor qualification or a willingness to undertake one. You'll also need to demonstrate senior-level experience in supervising others and knowledge of clinical care for older adults.
