Job summary

Eames Consulting in London is seeking a Qualified Actuary to lead and develop the Capital team within our Insurance Capital Modelling practice. You will oversee regulatory capital submissions, engage with stakeholders and shape capital strategy across risk, finance, actuarial and underwriting functions.

Qualifications

• Qualified Actuary with extensive capital experience.
• Significant experience within insurance capital modelling and capital management.
• Proven leadership experience, including managing direct reports.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and solvency frameworks.
• Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and executive decision making.
• Commercially minded with strong strategic thinking capabilities.
