This innovative high street brand is looking for a highly experienced and analytical Head of Buying and Merchandising, to build a team and implement new strategies, on a remote basis.

About the Role:

- Reporting to the CEO

- Oversee the build and maintenance of product merchandising strategies

- Navigate and manage the critical path for product development and delivery

- Identify and apply relevant trends to inform buying and merchandising decisions

- Oversee sourcing activities across multiple countries

- Own the cost analysis process for all styles across categories

About You:

- 6+ years experience working for a womenswear retail brand

- Have a data-driven approach to decision-making

- Have a history of building and leading successful teams

- Be capable of effectively managing the critical path for complex projects
