A leading air navigation service provider in the UK is seeking a Head of Business Risk to enhance risk management and collaborate with senior leaders. This role involves setting risk strategy, integrating risk considerations into decision-making, and fostering a proactive risk culture. The Opportunity:
As our Head of Business Risk, you'll play a critical role in evolving and enhancing risk management across NATS. You'll work with our senior leaders, Executive Team and Audit Committee to shape our risk strategy, setting the tone for how we respond to risk in a rapidly evolving aviation sector as we pursue our exciting 2040 strategy for the future of the UK's airspace.
You will be a key part of our dynamic Risk, Resilience and Assurance team, embedding a proactive risk culture and influencing leaders across the business to simplify and improve governance, risk and control. You will use your skills and experience to strengthen our risk management and resilience, collaborating with key stakeholders to provide timely risk information which supports management decision making and encourages broader risk considerations.
