Forrest Recruitment Ltd are currently recruiting for a Permanent Head Of Business Resources to join an organisation based in Warrington.

Key duties will include:
• Attend and participate in meetings of the Finance and Business Resources Committee and Audit Committee
• Negotiate and influence strategic decision making
• Manage payroll services for all staff including the management of pension schemes
• Evaluate information and consult with the Senior Leadership Team, Trustees and Governors.
• Monitor and control budget and financial performance.
• Provide monthly management accounts, cash flow forecasts and budgetary information as required.
• Ensure financial processes (Invoicing, Creditor Control, VAT submissions etc) are undertaken on a timely basis.
• Lead and manage the use of IT resources across the charity, ensuring efficient and effective service and project delivery.
• Identify, develop and implement innovative and emerging solutions in line with organisational and service strategic plans.
• Carry out any other duties as requested by the Chief Executive Officer.

Skills/Qualifications required:
• Accountancy qualifications (ICAEW/ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA)
• Degree in Business Management or equivalent related professional qualification
• Previous experience in building and forming working relationships across professional and operational boundaries
• Experience using SAGE 50 accountancy software
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders
• A results driven and proactive approach
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change
