Summary
We are seeking a seasoned HR generalist with strong business acumen to join our team. In this role, you will become a trusted advisor to leaders across the business and have the opportunity to shape and deliver the people strategy.
This senior position is crucial for Hayfin, especially during a pivotal growth phase following a management buyout in 2025. You will work closely with the Head of HR, leading a high-caliber HRBP team and collaborating with Department Heads.
Role Responsibilities
HR Business Partnering
- Act as the primary HR partner to senior leadership, guiding on people-related matters to enhance business performance.
- Partner with department heads to align people strategies with business objectives, including workforce planning and organizational design.
- Support delivery of HR processes like 360 reviews, talent reviews, feedback, promotions, and compensation.
- Provide analytics and insights to inform business decisions, covering workforce metrics and organizational health.
- Manage complex employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolution.
- Implement HR initiatives supporting transformation, change management, and capability development.
Talent Management & Development
- Collaborate with leaders on succession planning and talent acquisition.
- Oversee performance management, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Participate in the HR leadership team, advising on all people matters.
- Ensure HR decisions reflect Hayfin’s culture and include behavioral feedback.
Requirements
Experience
- 10+ years HR experience, with at least 5 in a senior business partnering role.
- Strong project management skills in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Deep knowledge of HR practices across the employee lifecycle.
- Understanding of employment law and compliance.
- Ability to be a strategic advisor and deliver tangible results.
- Experience leading organizational change initiatives.
- Advanced HR analytics skills.
