Role

Horizon Distribution, part of Shiji Group, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Operations & Business Support to manage and continuously improve all aspects of our operations. You will oversee all aspects of our after-sales operation for both of our products – Horizon Distribution's online booking platform and IcePortal Content. You will be tech-savvy, analytical, enjoy exploring how to use technology to do things better and faster, and you will be a good communicator. You should be professional and presentable, capable of meeting and talking to customers directly.

Responsibilities
  • Manage implementation, support & PMO teams across different regions.
  • Identify areas of operational & technical optimization, and lead such initiatives.
  • Support the Managing Director in other business administration tasks.
  • Travel is required, approximately 4 times a year.
