Job description

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Head of Department for Business, Economics, and IT at our Strodes campus, starting September 2025. This is a permanent, full-time position, with a salary range of Scale T1-T,612 - 44,091 plus a Management Allowance of M1-M3, 2,732 - 4,166.

Role Overview

1. Lead curriculum development, innovation, and coordination within the relevant curriculum areas.
2. Enhance student retention and achievement by promoting best practices in teaching and learning.
3. Undertake staff development and formulate development activities for team members.
4. Teach up to 13.5 hours per week in a relevant subject.
