Are you looking for an opportunity to self-develop and progress within a dynamic and innovative company?

Do you have knowledge of low carbon technology and previous experience managing a multifunctional team of BDMs?

This company specializes in providing sustainable solutions to ensure their clients have more efficient water consumption and reduced carbon emissions. They work closely with a range of public and private clients to help them achieve their sustainability goals and ensure full compliance with industry regulations. In their UK operations, the company focuses on energy efficiency and the decarbonisation of heat.

This is a senior-level position within the organisation, with direct responsibility for a multi-functional team. You will come into the business with a pre-existing pipeline of work to manage, maintain, and grow. Working closely with an experienced team, you will provide tailored solutions in the decarbonisation of heat, heating networks, and other low carbon technology to align with the public and private sector clients' sustainability goals.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager or Account Manager to be a vital cog in the wheel and drive growth within a company that can offer a long-term career with training and development opportunities.

The Role:
  1. Head of Business Development (Sustainability)

  4. Lead proposals and tender strategies for new accounts
  5. Manage a pipeline of new and developed accounts with regular updates to senior management
  6. Manage and mentor multi-functional team of BDMs, Junior and back office staff
The Person:
  1. Proven success in a sales/account management role
  2. Ability to successfully manage multiple stakeholders
  3. Experience in bid writing and high-quality written communication
  4. Verbal, written and numerical skills
  5. Experience in Energy Efficiency/M&E/Public/Private Sector/Decarbonisation
