The Role: As a Head of Business Development, you will lead efforts to expand the company's presence in the crypto infrastructure sector. Your focus will be on establishing and nurturing partnerships, driving business growth, and representing the company at industry events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to grow the business within the crypto infrastructure domain.
• Build and maintain high-value partnerships across the crypto ecosystem.
• Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align offerings with market needs.
• Represent the company at conferences, industry events, and client meetings.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
• Manage client relationships, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships within financial services, crypto, or blockchain.
• Proven success in selling trading infrastructure, execution services, or institutional financial products.
• Deep understanding of crypto markets, MEV, and DeFi.
• Existing network of contacts in trading firms, exchanges, and institutional crypto players.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset passionate about blockchain innovation.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
