About The Role: Our client, a mid-to-large-sized design practice, is looking for a Head of Business Development and Marketing to join their social and friendly London team.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with founding directors to define and implement marketing and business development strategies.
• Identify new business opportunities across sectors.
• Lead marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
• Develop strategies to target potential clients, including pitches and presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
• Manage and inspire a small marketing/BD team.
• Track and analyze marketing and BD activities, refining strategies accordingly.
