About Talent Solutions
Talent Solutions is an innovative division of Caval providing services such as talent co-ordination, direct sourcing, MSP, RPO, and executive search. As part of our growth, we're seeking a leader to manage our relationship and sales pipeline within the UK construction market for RPO and MSP solutions. This role will focus on building strong relationships with contractors, subcontractors, civil engineering firms, and asset owners to secure new MSP and RPO contracts.
The Opportunity

What You'll Do
- Develop and implement a business development strategy to identify and secure new RPO clients within the UK construction sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders (e.g., HR Directors, Operations Directors, Managing Directors) in target construction companies.
- Communicate and promote the unique value of our disruptive RPO services, highlighting benefits over traditional recruitment methods.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Collaborate with service delivery and marketing teams to meet client needs and refine offerings based on feedback.
- Identify market trends, analyze the competitive landscape, and explore new opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Contribute to the strategic growth of the business.
What You'll Bring
- Deep understanding of the UK construction sector, including key players and talent challenges.
- Proven success in exceeding sales targets and generating revenue growth.
- Strong commercial skills to understand client needs and craft compelling RPO solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, capable of engaging C-suite and operational leaders.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic mindset to identify and leverage new market opportunities.
- Having a network within the UK construction industry is highly desirable.
