Head of Business Development

Location: Chelsea, London

Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum + Commission

An award-winning luxury interior design studio with over 30 years of success is seeking a dynamic Head of Business Development to spearhead growth across private residential and commercial sectors. This is a rare opportunity to join a globally recognised brand renowned for exquisite craftsmanship, elegant design, and visionary leadership.

This role will suit a commercially minded professional with a proven track record in business development within the design, architecture, property, or luxury sectors, someone who thrives on building meaningful relationships and representing a prestigious creative brand at the highest level.

Office: Knightsbridge, Central London

Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Duties
  • Lead and execute the studio's business development strategy across key markets
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities in luxury residential and commercial sectors
  • Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and high-level client meetings
  • Nurture and expand relationships with UHNWIs, developers, architects, and collaborators
  • Work closely with the senior leadership team to align growth plans with creative vision
  • Oversee marketing, PR, and partnership activity to support commercial objectives
  • Produce regular market insight reports and pipeline updates

  • Strong network of high-end clients and industry contacts
