Thames Water is seeking a Head of Business Analysis to lead their digital team of Business Analysts. The role focuses on delivering business value, managing complex projects, and developing a competent analysis function. As Head of Business Analysis, you will be responsible for the leadership and performance of the Digital team of Business Analysts (BA’s), evolving business analysis capability and contributing to the development of functional strategy. You will be an expert in your field, developing the critical Business analysis function to enable successful delivery of large complex projects and programmes which meet business/customer requirements.
What you’ll be doing as Head of Business Analysis
As Head of Business Analysis, you will be responsible for working with Heads of Portfolio, Project and Programme Managers, Programme Management Office (PMO) and wider Digital technical delivery teams to assess new project and programme requests and ensure that appropriate solutions are identified. You will need excellent leadership qualities, be comfortable with operating a matrix-managed team and allocating resources to projects and programmes as demand requires.
This role is pivotal to driving Digital transformation and the Digitisation of Thames Water.
