What You’ll Do Day To Day
  • Drive departmental performance to ensure excellent customer service and achievement of financial targets
  • Create detailed annual plans with each Department Manager aligned with long-term goals, covering profitability, productivity, resource control, and development
  • Establish and develop the retail centre organization and control systems for efficient operation
  • Monitor adverse trends and potential problems, taking corrective action promptly
  • Identify and respond to competitive threats and opportunities to ensure long-term profitability and franchise protection
  • Direct department managers to ensure staff contributions align with business objectives
