• MRICS Chartered status and degree in Building Surveying or related field.
• Significant Building Surveying experience in a consultancy.
• Experience at Director, Associate Director, or senior leadership level.
• Strong knowledge of Building Surveying and project delivery.
• Experience developing client relationships and securing new business.
• Ability to lead, develop and manage a team.
• Commercial awareness including fees, resources and profitability.
• Knowledge of building regulations and statutory requirements.
• Excellent communication, leadership and client management skills.
• Valid UK driving licence.
