FindCore are recruiting a Director (Building Surveying) in Glasgow, offering hybrid working. The role leads the Building Surveying service with autonomy to strengthen client relationships, drive growth, and develop the team within a multidisciplinary consultancy.

The position requires MRICS, a Building Surveying degree, and senior leadership experience, with a focus on delivering high-quality projects and strong client management.

Qualifications

• MRICS chartered status and degree in Building Surveying or related discipline.
• Significant Building Surveying experience within a consultancy or multidisciplinary environment.
• Experience at Director or senior leadership level.
• Strong technical knowledge across Building Surveying and project delivery.
• Experience developing client relationships and securing new business.
• Ability to lead, support and develop a team.
• Commercial awareness including understanding of fees, resources and profitability.
• Knowledge of relevant building regulations and statutory requirements.
• Strong communication, leadership and client management skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of a varied range of projects and professional services.
