Reporting into the Assistant Director for Building Safety Remediation, this role is a critical member of the leadership team, providing strategic leadership and guidance on the business objectives, ensuring building safety standards are met, sustainability and quality standards are aligned.

It will also work closely with the group central team of the firm, working alongside other Health, safety, compliance and development leaders.

• Report directly to the AD of Building Safety, whilst leading a high performing team

The successful Head of Building safety (remediation) will:

• Hold a professional Qualification or equivalent commercial /construction experience (Chartered member – CIOB/RICS)
• Have a thorough understanding of the Building Regulations and Fire Safety Regulations in residential buildings.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to influence and persuade senior and executive management.
• Be analytical and experienced with report writing for executive management
• Evidence of managing complex building investigations and programmes of remedial works in existing buildings with residents occupation

In return the successful Head of Building safety remediation will receive an attractive compensation package consisting of:

• An attractive base salary, A top figure of £80,000 dependent on experience
