A leading housing association in the UK is seeking an experienced Head of Building Safety Remediations to oversee building safety across their extensive residential portfolio. In this role, you will lead investigations and ensure compliance with safety regulations while also supporting team leadership and development. We have an opportunity for an experienced building safety professional to join us as Head of Building Safety Remediations. You'll be based from our head office in Basingstoke, combining office and home working to ensure a positive work/life balance.

What you'll be doing
Reporting into the Assistant Director - Building Safety Remediation, you'll develop and manage the design, building pathology and fire investigations of SNG's existing building portfolio. Responsibilities include:

You'll have a thorough understanding of the Building Regulations and Fire Safety Regulations in residential buildings, together with evidence of managing complex building investigations and programmes of remedial works in existing buildings with residents in occupation. You'll also:
