Job Description:

Duties will include:
  1. Develop and execute a broker engagement strategy supporting business objectives and revenue growth.
  2. Identify and convert new business opportunities with existing and new clients.
  3. Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of broker relationship managers / account managers.
  4. Conduct team meetings, 1-on-1s, and performance reviews.
  5. Build long-term relationships with small, mid-sized, and large UK brokers.
  6. Serve as a key contact for top-tier clients to ensure excellent service and product use.
  7. Monitor performance metrics and implement initiatives to enhance customer experience.
  8. Translate client feedback into proposition development.
  9. Foster a client-centric, high-performance, and collaborative culture.
  10. Collaborate with wider teams to meet and exceed growth goals.
  11. Utilize insurance industry knowledge and commercial acumen to develop a broad client network.
Essential experience includes:
  1. Extensive experience in or supplying to the commercial insurance industry, with a focus on relationship management, business development, or sales.
  2. Experience managing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth.
  3. Strong leadership, training, and coaching skills.
  4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to adapt to rapidly changing business priorities and commitments.
