Scope3 is a fully remote company and largely asynchronous to provide flexible working hours and to operate globally, with concentrations in New York and Europe. At this time, we are hiring in Canada, Australia, UK, France, Germany, and the United States.
About The Role
We are hiring a Head of Brand Standards & Consulting to join our globally distributed Solutions & Success team. Reporting to the Global Head of Customer Success & Solutions, you will work closely with our advertiser, platform & publisher clients to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations around content classification. This role requires deep knowledge of both content avoidance and targeting capabilities that advertisers rely on, ranging from sensitive topics such as copyright infringement, hate speech, and misinformation to contextual targeting topics such as sports, leisure, and fashion.
The Solutions Consultant must have a deep knowledge and/or interest in content classifications. Specifically, you will be responsible for evaluating the efficacy of our AI classification system on online content (websites and apps) through thorough data analysis and conversations with different players and ruling bodies in the industry. Your role will involve educating partners on integrating our content alignment model into their solutions, while also providing continuous guidance on Brand Standards and brand alignment. You will play a critical role in product implementation and refinement at Scope3, gaining a deep understanding of our content registration mechanisms and how they align with brand expectations.
