Head of Brand Marketing – Fintech

London/Hybrid

Salt is working with a global giant in the trading world who are a FTSE listed company. They are on the search for a proactive and entrepreneurial Head of Brand with fintech knowledge and ideally experience working in a scale-up environment.

The suitable candidate will have experience managing a marketing budget of approximately £10m and will have strong experience in campaign delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Marketing Director and agency partners, you will contribute to:
  • Curating and developing the Brand Strategy, defining their positioning, messaging, and identity across all touchpoints.
  • Developing and executing campaign planning for the brand, driving this through the full funnel and throughout the customer journey.
  • Managing two Marketing Managers and the agency relationship.
  • Planning and managing the multi-million-pound media budget.
  • Collaborating with the Marketing leadership team to support in achieving commercial targets.
