My client is an innovative Beauty brand experiencing significant growth and aiming to become a global leader. They are seeking a talented brand marketer to join as Head of Brand Campaigns.

You will define brand strategy within the global marketing calendar to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. Responsibilities include overseeing strategy, regional guidance, and key projects such as sampling and branded merchandise. You will maximize the potential of new product developments (NPD) and global campaigns, ensuring timely execution and accountability across regions and channels. Driving consumer engagement through compelling storytelling aligned with core target markets across sales channels is essential. Ensuring global brand consistency while allowing regional adaptations is crucial. You will act as the regional liaison to align brand strategy with commercial objectives and foster innovation to keep the brand forward-thinking.

We seek candidates with deep understanding of the skincare industry and a successful track record in developing global strategies, content, and activation plans. Social savvy, trend awareness, and responsiveness to consumer insights are vital. A creative mindset to craft a strong brand vision and execute standout campaigns is required. Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary, along with experience in consumer-centric product launches, strong analytical skills, and commercial acumen.
