You will lead, create, and implement brand campaign strategies across global markets, working closely with SEGA West Publishing and Japan Asia Publishing teams to optimize product launches.

Why You:
You should have significant experience in brand management within the gaming or entertainment industry, with a proven track record of managing major brands globally. Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential to influence teams and external partners effectively.
Responsibilities include:
- Define, build, and lead the Brand organization, coordinating strategies across Marketing, PR, and Community.
- Set marketing goals, KPIs, and activation plans with SEGA publishing teams, including product positioning and target audiences.
- Support product launches with high-quality branded assets and content.
- Develop and execute a 5-year brand strategy for Two Point, securing stakeholder alignment.
- Contribute to the long-term product and IP growth roadmap.
- Manage existing community managers and plan team growth.
- Conduct research on brand perception, consumer segmentation, and sentiment to inform future strategies.
- Analyze genre, market, and competitors to identify opportunities.
- Provide input on product features and positioning based on research and consumer feedback.
- Collaborate with SEGA to develop and maintain a brand style guide.
- Coordinate with SMT and publishing teams to deliver marketing materials for development and publishing milestones.
- Present marketing updates regularly to internal stakeholders.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively.
- Build positive relationships within SEGA and explore new revenue opportunities such as partnerships and licensing.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience managing brand and product marketing campaigns from start to finish.
- Deep understanding of the gaming industry, digital retail, and current trends.
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in line management.
- Proficiency with analytics platforms like Google, Facebook, Twitter, and Steam.
- Credibility through experience, attitude, and professionalism.
- Strong project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, creative, team-oriented, and humorous with a passion for entertainment and gaming.
