Head of Brand Marketing

Role Overview: You will lead the brand strategy across global markets, collaborating closely with SEGA's publishing teams to maximize our product launches. Your role involves creating and executing long-term brand and marketing strategies, managing teams, and conducting research to inform product development and positioning.

Responsibilities include:

  • Define, build, and lead the Brand organization, coordinating across Marketing, PR, and Community.
  • Set marketing goals, KPIs, and activation plans with SEGA publishing teams, including product positioning and target audiences.
  • Support the Go-To-Market plans with high-quality branded assets and content.
  • Develop and maintain a 5-year brand strategy for Two Point.
  • Participate in defining long-term product and IP growth roadmaps.
  • Manage existing community managers and plan team growth.
  • Conduct research on brand perception, consumer segmentation, and market trends.
  • Provide input on product features and positioning based on research and feedback.
  • Develop and maintain the brand style guide with SEGA teams.
  • Collaborate with SMT and publishing teams to deliver marketing materials for development and publishing milestones.
  • Present marketing updates regularly to internal stakeholders.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively.
  • Build positive relationships within SEGA and explore new revenue opportunities such as partnerships and licensing.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience managing brand and product marketing campaigns from start to finish.
  • Deep understanding of the gaming industry, digital retail, and current trends.
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with analytics platforms like Google, Facebook, Twitter, and Steam.
  • Credibility through experience and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent project, time, and organizational management skills.
  • Enthusiastic, creative, team-oriented, and ambitious with a good sense of humor.
