We are seeking a visionary Head of Brand Identity & Design to lead the end-to-end brand identity, design, and packaging experience for Kimberly-Clark's iconic brands, including Kleenex, Andrex, and Wypall. This leadership role involves setting the design vision, overseeing global initiatives, managing a team, and collaborating across functions to ensure consistent and breakthrough brand experiences across markets.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Set the design vision for Iconic Family Care & Professional brands across international markets, including visual identity guidelines.
  • Lead global design initiatives from concept to delivery.
  • Manage a team to execute packaging design initiatives.
  • Collaborate with category, brand, creative, and communications teams to develop and implement design strategies.
  • Oversee agency relationships and lead a team of 4 designers.
