STADA UK Thornton & Ross – Home Hygiene Head of Brand

Our Head of Brand for Home Hygiene is responsible for leading the growth of our leading home hygiene brand, Zoflora. This role involves driving a major growth agenda, transforming our marketing model, and partnering across commercial teams to create winning customer plans. Managing a team of communications and innovation experts, this role has matrix leadership over project management, finance, commercial strategy, insight, and planning. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive dynamics in the home hygiene sector, responsible for developing strategies to grow sales, market share, and brand advocacy.

How You Will Make An Impact
  1. Take full responsibility for P&L for the Home Hygiene Hub, delivering financial targets including Net Sales, Net Contribution, EBITDA, and investments in G2N, A&P, and Inventory, leading marketing resources and the broader commercial team.
  2. Develop an ambitious brand growth strategy and roadmap for Zoflora, conducting market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, overseeing brand positioning and messaging to drive growth and manage brand equity.
  3. Partner with R&D and product development teams to innovate and improve product offerings, analyzing performance and consumer feedback to inform future strategies.
  4. Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, TV, and in-store channels, enhancing consumer engagement and loyalty through paid, owned, and earned media, utilizing social media and digital platforms.
  5. Manage the marketing budget for the category, ensuring effective resource allocation to maximize ROI.
  6. Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering creativity and collaboration, setting objectives and performance metrics.
  7. Coordinate with sales, supply chain, and customer service teams to align marketing initiatives, and build relationships with external partners, monitoring relevant legislation and trends to manage risks and opportunities.
  8. Support the establishment and management of core operating processes within the extended leadership team, continuously improving marketing processes, building team capability, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
What We Are Looking For
  1. Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, preferred but not mandatory.
  2. Experience in a large FMCG organization, including sales and marketing roles.
  3. Proven track record in building beloved brands, leading marketing teams, and influencing at senior and operational levels.
  4. Strong strategy, innovation, and communication skills, with expertise in Digital Marketing and Social Media.
  5. Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment.
  6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  7. Ability to manage workload, adhere to timelines, and think critically during transition projects.
