The Role

We are expanding rapidly across the UK, US, and Europe, seeking a creative and strategic Head of Brand to elevate our story, strengthen our identity, and lead standout brand campaigns across regions.

This role involves leading all brand marketing activities in the UK and supporting the launch and growth in the US and Europe. You will translate our brand positioning into compelling marketing plans, oversee content and campaigns, and manage our brand and product marketing calendar across various channels.

This is a unique opportunity to influence a bold, purpose-driven brand at an exciting stage of international growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • UK Brand Lead: Develop and execute marketing strategies for campaigns, product launches, and brand activations to build equity and deepen customer engagement.
  • Global Brand Support: Collaborate with US and European teams to ensure brand consistency and support international growth.
  • Campaign Leadership: Manage marketing calendars, coordinate cross-functional teams, and plan for both reactive and long-term activities.
  • Paid Media: Oversee paid media planning and execution to reach new audiences and enhance brand credibility.
  • Content Oversight: Guide the development of multi-channel content, leveraging new tools like AI to scale creative output.
  • Community Building: Develop strategies to grow and nurture a loyal brand community, turning followers into advocates.
  • Performance Collaboration: Work with digital, influencer, and paid social teams to align marketing strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire marketing, social media, and community teams, including freelancers and agencies.
  • Brand Guardian: Maintain consistent tone of voice, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints.

  • Experience in executing brand campaigns and product launches.
  • Deep knowledge of content creation, social media, email, and digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills.
  • Creative with a keen eye for storytelling, aesthetics, and trends.

Our Interview Process

  • Application Review: Initial screening of CV/application.
  • Phone Call: Introductory chat with Ellie, our Talent Partner.
  • Video Interview: Virtual interview with the hiring manager, including competency questions.
  • Interview Task: Prepare a task sent via email for discussion during the final interview.
  • In-Person Interview: Final stage at our Uckfield office, presenting your task and answering questions.

Please Note:

  • This role requires full-time presence at our Uckfield offices, with some remote work after probation.
  • We are not seeking recruitment support at this time.
