Are you a Brand/Product Manager with experience in D2C/retail?

We are working with a direct-to-consumer manufacturing business that is experiencing growth and expanding its market presence. They are looking to recruit an experienced and passionate Head of Brand responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase market share. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of leading a talented team and collaborating with cross-functional departments to achieve business objectives and strengthen their brand identity and product portfolio.

Your responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy aligned with the company’s goals. Identify market opportunities, consumer trends, and competitive insights to inform strategic decisions.
  2. Brand Management: Enhance and maintain each brand's identity within the portfolio, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels. Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across the marketing mix.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
  4. Digital Marketing: Partner with the Head of E-Commerce to drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
  5. Product Launches: Plan and execute successful product launches, developing go-to-market strategies including pricing, positioning, and promotional activities.
  6. Customer Engagement: Enhance customer experience through targeted marketing efforts across multiple channels.
  7. Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with industry influencers, media outlets, and other stakeholders.
Your skills and experience:
  1. Experience: Extensive experience in brand management and product management within a D2C retail environment.
  2. Strategic Vision: Proven ability to develop and execute brand strategies that drive growth and customer engagement.
