Job summary

LAW Absolute is seeking a hands-on Business Intelligence leader to shape data, analytics and reporting within a leading international law firm. You will lead a team of five specialists and collaborate with Finance, HR, Risk, Technology and senior executives to deliver impactful insights across the organisation.

The role focuses on Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, data modelling and governance, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder management and delivering enterprise-wide reporting and AI-driven

Qualifications

• Significant experience in BI, Reporting or Analytics environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing BI team
• Own the BI roadmap and shape a modern Microsoft Fabric analytics platform
• Drive best practice across Power BI development, governance and reporting standards
• Oversee delivery of enterprise-wide reporting, dashboards and semantic models
• Support migration from legacy reporting solutions to modern analytics tools
• Improve data quality, reporting performance and user adoption
• Champion automation, self-service reporting and AI-driven analytics capabilities
• Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into BI solutions
