Job summary

Page Personnel is recruiting for a Head of Manufacturing in the Sheffield area. The role leads a ~60-strong team across manufacturing, engineering, distribution and installation, driving performance and continuous improvement in a bespoke production environment.

The successful candidate will recruit, train and coach the team, implement ERP/MRP solutions, and develop KPIs to monitor delivery, quality and costs. A strategic leader with hands-on capability is essential, to support rapid growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Experience in joinery, cabinet or furniture manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ERP or MRP systems.
• Innovative and customer-focused approach.
• Strong people leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Head up a team of ~60 people across manufacturing, engineering, distribution and installation.
• Recruit, train, coach and develop this team to perform to the best of their abilities.
• Help install a new ERP system to improve business capability.
• Develop and monitor a suite of KPIs to enable business success.
• Review manufacturing procedures to drive efficiencies, costs, quality and delivery.
