This company is one of the biggest and most successful businesses within their niche FinTech market space and has massive plans to build new Tech, Data & Delivery teams in 2025. They have established themselves over 10+ years across multiple countries and have received numerous industry awards.

They partner with some of the biggest global FinTech companies and process various data types across the industry. They are looking for a Head of Backend Development to contribute to their growing product suite, developing backend applications using Python OR Golang. They value experience, a diverse skill set, and a desire to learn. FinTech experience is preferred but not essential.

This role is based in London. Candidates should have Russian & English language skills to facilitate communication across global teams. A relocation package to the UK is available, and the role requires working 2 days a week in their London offices.

Role Responsibilities:

1. 10+ years of backend development experience.
2. 5+ years in technical & people leadership.
3. Essential skills: Python OR Golang, Linux, AWS, RestAPIs.
4. Additional skills: Kubernetes, Node, Gitlab, SQL, DevOps.
5. Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across global teams.
6. Experience leading backend development projects.
7. Fluent Russian & English language skills.
8. Location: London. Relocation package of £10k.
9. Hybrid working: twice a week in the office.
