A globally recognised brand is seeking a Head of B2C Sales to develop client relationships and implement regional sales strategies. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in a B2C sales management role and the ability to motivate sales teams. This position involves planning customer retention initiatives and evaluating the effectiveness of sales strategies.
A globally recognised brand is looking for a Head of B2C sales. Proven experience in a B2C sales management role is essential. Experience of managing project-based sales and experience of the retail channel is desired.
To effectively plan and implement the company’s regional B2C strategy in line with HQ directives.
To develop key relationships with clients and continue to grow the client base in line with company strategies.
To plan and implement customer retention and development in line with company drives and initiatives. Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of B2C strategy, costs and results.
To promote positive relations with partners, vendors and distributors, and communicate all company policy and procedures.
To establish and implement short and long range departmental goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures.
Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships with both internal company Directors/colleagues and key clients. Ability to demonstrate independent thinking and good clear judgement. Motivate sales teams to achieve targets. Logical and well organised with exceptional attention to detail.
Displays a pro-active approach and is a ‘solution finder’. Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative. Ability to communicate on all levels in a clear and concise manner. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
