As Head of B2B Sales, you’ll lead the charge in shaping and growing the SME health insurance market – ensuring we deliver exceptional value and care to our clients. You’ll be at the forefront of driving strategy, innovation, and performance

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the growth strategy for SME, full P&L accountability.
  • Lead and inspire the account management team, and provide matrix leadership to Segment Managers across the UK & Africa.
  • Collaborate with pricing, marketing, and proposition teams to shape compelling offers and campaigns.
  • Drive new business and renewals through proactive pipeline and relationship management.
  • Represent your segment in strategic forums, contributing to the wider Distribution strategy and Sales Centre of Excellence.
  • Coach and develop sales talent, ensuring high performance and compliance.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, internally and externally.
  • Champion a culture of integrity, customer focus, and continuous improvement.

  • Profit & Loss management for large corporate accounts
  • Commercially astute with deep understanding of pricing, risk, and contract negotiation.
