Reporting to the Executive Director, you will help develop the newly formed Asset Management and Investment team. Position Details:

• Title: Head of Assets and Compliance
• Location: Birmingham
• Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 (Plus £3,500 Car Allowance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Asset Management programmes
• Oversee delivery of cost-effective strategies
• Manage assets and portfolios to ensure health and safety compliance
• Prepare and present executive-level reports based on data analysis

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in developing and delivering asset management strategies, including 30-year investment programmes
• Understanding of cyclical asset management plans
• Proven ability to prepare and present executive reports
• Experience managing budgets effectively
• Strong data analysis skills for investment decision-making
• Knowledge of building and safety legislation
• Degree or professional qualification in a related field and membership of a professional body such as CIOB, RICS, or IOSH
