Une entreprise de développement bien établie recherche un Head of Asset Management pour superviser un portefeuille de 5,000 lits dans le secteur BTR. Le rôle implique le leadership stratégique et la gestion d'équipe, ainsi que la création de plans d'affaires et de rapports financiers. Qualifications

• 7+ ans d'expérience en Asset Management, particulièrement dans BTR ou PBSA.
• Capacité d'analyser des données commerciales/financières et de développer des solutions innovantes.
• Bien connecté dans le secteur BTR.

Responsibilities

• Supervision stratégique et leadership en Asset Management pour un portefeuille BTR au Royaume-Uni.
• Gestion d'une équipe de 3 gestionnaires d'actifs.
• Création et exécution de plans d'affaires, budgets et flux de trésorerie.

Job Description:

Following the completion of three recent schemes, they are now looking to hire a Head of Asset Management to oversee a portfolio of circa 5,000 beds.

Key to this role will be someone who has a strong track record of Asset Management within either BTR or PBSA.

Main responsibilities:

• Strategic oversight and Asset Management leadership for a UK-wide BTR portfolio.
• Managing a team of 3 Asset Managers.
• Identifying, appraising, and executing active management opportunities.
• Creating and executing business plans, budgets, and cashflows.
• Oversight and management of the Operator.
• Financial reporting back to Investors.

Key Requirements:

• 7+ years of Asset Management experience.
• Significant experience within the Operational Living space (preferably BTR or PBSA).
• Ability to analyse business/financial data and develop innovative solutions.
• Well networked in the BTR sector.
