Babcock International seeks a Head of Asset Management Lifecycle Delivery to lead lifecycle asset management and set the standards, governance and frameworks that balance cost, risk and performance. The role is based at Bristol, Plymouth or Clyde with hybrid working and regular site visits.
You will oversee senior teams, drive reliability and asset integrity programs, and shape strategic asset investment decisions to maximise operational resilience and value across the business.

As Head of Asset Management Lifecycle Delivery, you'll will act as the senior technical authority for lifecycle asset management, leading the development of engineering assurance, reliability, maintainability and asset integrity frameworks across the business. You'll define the standards, methodologies and governance that enable safe, effective and sustainable asset performance while balancing cost, risk and operational requirements.
Day-to-day, you'll have an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced engineering or asset management professional who wants to influence executive decision-making, drive industry best practice and support the delivery of major programmes within one of the UK's leading defence, aerospace and engineering organisations. You'll lead specialist teams, shape future capability and help create lasting value across the business.
This role is full time and provides hybrid working arrangements with 2 - 3 days onsite at one of Babcock's key locations: Babcock Technology Centre, Devonport Royal Dockyard or HM Naval Base Clyde, Near Helensburgh Argyll and Bute site. In addition, the successful candidate will be expected to travel regularly to the other sites to support collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery across the business.
The successful candidate must be a sole UK National who is able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
